Product Information
We make every effort to display our products and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of color or sizing will be completely accurate. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party services. We do not store or process your payment information directly.
Shipping and Delivery
All items are made to order and fulfilled through multiple trusted third-party production partners. Because each piece is created just for you, processing times may vary depending on the product and fulfillment company. Once your order is in production, you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it ships. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. Please note, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the order has left our fulfillment partner. Be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any issues.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we do not have the capability to offer returns or exchanges. Because all items are made to order and fulfilled by multiple production partners, we are unable to process returns once an order has been placed. Please double-check your sizing, address, and product selections before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at hello@fiftyfirstandu.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs, is the property of Fifty First & U, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Fifty First & U, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our Site or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for any purchase made on the Site.
